Based on the success of Bit Bash’s debut event, there was a desire to create a smaller-scale festival that would maintain the momentum of the organization and explore new concepts. Designed as a summer tiki bar event in the middle of the winter, Itty Bitty Bash was hosted at Bottom Lounge, a recurring space for Bit Bash’s small scale events. The event featured 10 games, custom merchandise, live performances, and themed cocktails, and welcomed 350 guests.
Responsible for logistics, including acquiring and managing equipment for game stations, coordinating with volunteers for setup, maintenance, and teardown, ensuring smooth day-of operations, and assisting with design of the space.
