Bit Bash Presents: Initiation was a secret society-themed event, hosted at Chop Shop in 2018. Coinciding with Train Jam, and featuring the largest scale for a Bit Bash Presents event yet, Initiation featured custom physical hardware games, VR experiences courtesy of LevelEx, custom cocktails, over 10 games, and a free newspaper featuring articles and puzzles diving deeper into the “lore” of Bit Bash’s secret society. Initiation ultimately attracted 450 visitors (inductees???).

Responsible for logistics, including acquiring and managing equipment for game stations, coordinating with volunteers for setup, maintenance, and teardown, ensuring smooth day-of operations, assisting with design of the space, and working with event partners LevelEx, Jackbox Games, and Amazon Appstore.
