In 2016, Bit Bash introduced Bit Bash Presents, based on previous success with Itty Bitty Bash, creating smaller-scale heavily-themed events designed to allow the organization to realize specific ideas that might not work on a larger scale. Coinciding with Train Jam, a game jam which took place on a train from Chicago to San Francisco, Cool Jazz also offered an opportunity for those visiting Chicago to get to know each other, as well as learn more about the Chicago indie scene, ultimately attracting 400 guests.
Responsible for logistics, including acquiring and managing equipment for game stations, coordinating with volunteers for setup, maintenance, and teardown, ensuring smooth day-of operations, assisting with design of the space, and working with our event partners such as Adult Swim Games, Iron Galaxy, and Cards Against Humanity.
