Co-Founder/Director Of Logistics

Bit Bash Chicago

Founded in 2014, Bit Bash Chicago was created out of a collective desire to see more public-focused indie games events, highlighting the medium as well as it’s deep roots in Chicago, Illinois. Originally conceived as a 600 person event hosted at the headquarters of Threadless, over 1200 people ultimately attended, confirming our belief that there was a demand for public games festivals. Features included 40 indie games, including arcade machines from Killer Queen, Samurai Gunn, Indie City Games, as well as VR experiences such as Dropsy and Disunion, food trucks, and live performances.

Responsible for logistics, including acquiring and managing equipment for game stations, coordinating with volunteers for setup, maintenance, and teardown, ensuring smooth day-of operations, assisting with design of the space, and working with our event partners such as Threadless, Sony, and Wargaming.
