Developed for the Museum of Science and Industry’s exhibit 80@80, the iPad kiosk was designed as an HTML5 site, loaded locally and run through Kiosk Pro. The app is able to pull down a JSON file referencing each item’s description, image, and location via push update, allowing the application to be reused in future exhibits, as well as update when artifacts are moved and replaced.
